Balance of the purchase price 35,056€ plus VAT.
Options:
- The investor has a reservation agreement for a specific suite.
- The investor enters into a purchase agreement for the reserved suite with the seller, which establishes a buyer-seller relationship between the seller (developer) and the buyer.
- After completing the construction/before the suite is handed over, the investor will be repaid/credited with the investment, including the yield.
