We offer two financing models:

ALTERNATIVE 1: STANDARD

Example of a suite priced at 626,000€ excluding VAT:

ALTERNATIVE 2: INVESTMENT IN GOPASS PROPERTY

Example of a suite priced at 626,000€ excluding VAT:

Investment in Gopass Property500,800€ (80% of purchase price)
Appretiations after 1st year30,048€ (6% of investment)
Appretiations after 2nd year30,048€ (6% of investment)
Appretiations after 3rd year30,048€ (6% of investment)

Total investment including appretiation 590,944€.

Balance of the purchase price 35,056€ plus VAT.

Options:

  1. The investor has a reservation agreement for a specific suite.
  2. The investor enters into a purchase agreement for the reserved suite with the seller, which establishes a buyer-seller relationship between the seller (developer) and the buyer.
  3. After completing the construction/before the suite is handed over, the investor will be repaid/credited with the investment, including the yield.
