The resort is located in the Low Tatras mountain range, which forms part of the Low Tatras National Park. Mt Chopok (2,024 m) is its iconic peak, while Mt Ďumbier (2,043 m) is the highest peak.
SUMMER SEASON
In warmer months, the resort offers a wide network of hiking and trekking trails with varying difficulty levels – from routes requiring good fitness to family-friendly and beginner trails. Popular Vrbické pleso (tarn) is also located here, along with numerous attractions for active holidays.
WINTER SEASON
Jasná is one of the most popular winter destinations for Slovak as well as international skiers. The beautiful Low Tatras setting, combined with over 50 kilometres of groomed slopes, caters to both beginners and experienced winter sports enthusiasts. The resort offers excellent conditions, modern cable cars, a high-quality snowmaking system and a wide range of services. The ski season usually lasts around 5 months – from December to the end of April.
