a guaranteed annual return of 3% or 4% of the property purchase price excluding VAT for 10 years from the conclusion of the lease agreement between the owner and TMR, a.s.
a guaranteed annual increase in the property price of 5% of the property purchase price excluding VAT for 10 years from the conclusion of the lease agreement between the owner and TMR, a.s.
once the 10-year lease agreement ends, TMR, a.s. may repurchase the suite at +50% against the original property purchase price
with the 3% return model you additionally receive benefits from the TMR, a.s. portfolio of services worth 10,000 € with an exclusive discount of up to 75% (with the 4% return the suite owner is not entitled to the benefits)
